How do I change my IP range?

To change your registered IP range, please email [email protected].


Please include the following details in the email: 

  1. Your customer account number. 
  2. The IP addresses to be deleted.
  3. The IP addresses to be added.


If you would like to view the IP ranges currently registered on your Secure Center account:

  1. Log in as account administrator at https://securecenter.sagepub.com.
  2. On the Account Detail page, go to the Authentication section.
  3. The IP Address Ranges section displays your registered IP ranges.
