How do I change my IP range?

To change an IP range: 

  1. Email [email protected] with the required changes. Please include the following details in the email: 
    • Customer account number 
    • IP addresses to be deleted from the account
    • IP addresses to be added to the account


To view current registered IP ranges:

  1. Log in as account administrator at http://securecenter.sagepub.com.
  2. On the Account Detail page, go to the Authentication section.
  3. The IP Address Ranges section displays the account's current registered IP ranges.
