Why can I not find a Sage package or collection in the Discovery system?

Sage shares the mapping file with Discovery Service Providers on a weekly basis. All collections or packages should be available. We are aware that some Discovery vendors use different names to what may be present on your invoices or referred to in conversation with Sage. We are currently working on mapping our 2024 package and collection names. 


In the meantime, please contact your Account Support representative for assistance.
